Jiangsu Tongyu Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd., located in Jiangyang Industrial Park in Yangzhou, surrounded by Ningtong Railway, Yangzhou Port, Jinghu Expressway, and Yangli Expressway, established in 1990 (Former Yangzhou Steel Pipe Works), is a professional manufacturer specialized in producing and exporting directly various kinds of spiral submerged-arc welded carbon and alloy steel pipes, and stainless steel pipes ,which are widely used in many infrastructure areas, such as petroleum, coal gas, natural gas, water supply, heat power of electricity industries and construction piling and other steel structure projects. The products are exported to USA, Korea, India, Southeast Asia, South America and some European countries.

Our company holds six Lincoln automatic production lines of bifilar and double-side spiral submerged-arc welded (SSAW) steel pipes which are introduced from USA, one longitudinal coiling welded (LSAW) steel pipes production line and one anti-corrosion production line. The annual production capacity is about 500,000 metric tons of different specifications of spiral welded steel pipes with outer diameter ranges from 219mm to 2,800mm and wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 30mm (standard: API 5L, grade: B-X80).

Our company occupies a land area of 350,000 square meters, and there are totally more than 800 employees including 15% technicians with the medium-grade professional title and senior professional title. Our company's registered capital is RMB40 million, and the total assets will reach up to RMB280 million by the end of this year.

Our company is equipped with the main inspection equipments such as 100T microcomputer control hydraulic general testing machine, impact machine, hardness tester, and microcomputer control metallic phase microscope, SG 100 spectrograph made in Germany, analytical balance, C-S analyzer, forming roll stochastic automata timing lubricating system, X-ray inspection machine, eddy current inspection machine, hydrostatic pressure testing machine, ultrasonic inspection machine, and spectrum steel diving machine. All these can fully meet the needs of production and inspection.

With the strict observance with all the quality control, we have got the API 5L (No.: 5L-0372) certificate issued by American Petroleum Institute, and the quality system certificate ISO9001 (No.: 00107Q121531R1M/3200) by CQC. We'll get other international certificates such as DIN, B.V. and etc. in the very near future, and gradually in line with the international market.
